Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, a tool of asymmetric consequences

In its fight to decarbonize the continent by the middle of the century, European Union plans to apply the so-called Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), a system to tax the borders of the community club products whose manufacture generates more CO2 than allowed inside.
