- The consortium delivering the project EU-SysFlex as a network operator guarantees security and protection of provided personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and in accordance with the national law 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amending of certain laws in accord with subsequent amendments.
- COOKIES. While using EU-SysFlex websites, cookies may gradually be stored (small piece of data which secures the monitoring of user´s activities on the website) on an electronic device that gives the user access to these websites. Terms of storing and processing cookies are as follows:
- The user always has the opportunity to accept or decline the storing of cookies and he/she can do it by setting up the web browser accordingly – by accepting or declining the cookies:
- Temporary cookies that are automatically deleted after closing up the web browser,
- Long-term cookies that are saved and that maintain in the web browser even after turning the user´s device off (these cookies can be deleted by the user at any time; after several weeks or months the cookies are automatically deleted regardless of user´s activity).
- By giving consent, the user allows the network operator to use the cookies for statistical and administration purposes and for the purposes of targeted advertisement of its partners which the operator has separate agreements on the advertisement display on the websites with. User´s consent lasts as long as the web browser´s settings are not changed. User´s consent expires by changing the web browser´s settings or by the ban on the use of cookies.
- Network operator is not responsible for storing cookies on the websites of a third party or for using cookies, stored on the device of the user, by a third party.
- In case of not giving the consent (rejecting the cookies in the user´s web browser) the network operator cannot guarantee the full functionality of websites nor cannot guarantee the option to register or sign in to the member section.
- The user always has the opportunity to accept or decline the storing of cookies and he/she can do it by setting up the web browser accordingly – by accepting or declining the cookies:
- SECURING THE WEBSITE. Every time the user connects to the website and at the time of transfer of any data, website EU-SysFlex uses encrypted connection SSL, which disables access of the third party to the transfered data while they are being transfered and disables access of the third party to change or amend these data. The network operator databases that contain personal data are secured by encryption and by private access data in line with the the most advanced technical standards.
- CONTACT DATA. While visiting and using the EU-SysFlex website, the user can contact the network operator and provide personal data so that network operator is able to contact the user back.
- Providing personal data is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of provided data by the user is, in such case, a legitimate interest of the network operator to contact the user and answer any user´s questions or provide guidance.
- Personal data the user can provide to the network operator are:
- first and last name [necessary]
- e-mail address [necessary]
- phone number [necessary]
- user´s company (place of work/employer).
- OBJECTIVE. The purpose for processing the user´s personal data is for the network operator to be able to contact the user back.
- PROCESSING PERIOD. Personal data will be processed for a necessary period of communication with the user only.
- By providing the personal data the user proclaims that provided data are correct, true and valid.
- NEWSLETTER. User – while visiting and using the EU-SysFlex website, the user can provide the network operator with personal data. The user can either voluntarily register to receive a newsletter by providing a valid email address or voluntarily fill in a contact form associated with a selected website content.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Necessary condition for the network operator to process the user´s personal data for the purposes of delivering the newsletter is the user´s consent with the processing of personal data in a necessary extent and the delivery of PR announcements. The consent is the only legal basis for the processing of data provided by the user (of the email address).
- In order for the network operator to process the provided personal data, the user must give the network operator consent for keeping and processing the personal data in such extent that allows the network operator to achieve the objective defined in this section.
- CONSENT DURATION. According to the previous paragraph, the user´s consent comes into effect after voluntarily granting consent by checking a relevant field in the online form and lasts for the period of duration of the project (until November 2021) or until the user withdraws the consent. The network operator has the right to process provided data during the period of user´s consent.
- OBJECTIVE. The purpose of processing the user´s personal data is to make the requested newsletter subscription available for the user, mainly in an electronic form to the user´s email address.
- VERIFICATION. By voluntarily providing the personal data the user proclaims that the provided data are correct, true and valid. Otherwise, the user is responsible for possible damages, which may be caused to the network operator by providing incorrect, false or invalid data. The user is obliged to report any changes in the personal data to the network operator.
- TRANSFER OF DATA AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING. User´s personal data will not be released nor provided to the third party, they will not be transfered to countries outside of the European Union, and the network operator will not be making decisions important to the user in an automated way based on the provided personal data.
- GUIDANCE ABOUT THE USER´S RIGHTS. The user´s rights, in accordance with the personal data protection, are amended by articles 12 to 22 GDPR.
As a user, you have the right, via written or electronic request directed at the network operator (email: eusysflex@gmail.com ) to request:
- confirmation, whether your personal data is or is not being processed, access to your personal data and to information about them as well as access to edit your personal data,
- limitation to the processing of your personal data, especially in the case they are incorrect,
- deleting your personal data, especially if there no longer exists a reason for processing them or if you have withdrawn your consent,
- transferring your personal data to another network operator in a structured and machine readable way.
You also have the right, via written or electronic request (email: eusysflex@gmail.com) to:
- withdraw your consent with the processing of personal data at any time, effective from the day of receiving your notice, if the processing of personal data is being carried out based on a consent while the legality of processing will be maintained until receiving consent withdrawal notice,
- if the processing of personal data is not being carried out in accordance with your consent, dispute the processing based on reasons regarding your personal situation or if you have suspicions that the processing is being carried out illegally.
You also have the right to file a complaint or a motion to review the processing of your personal data by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, an oversight body in the Slovak Republic.
The user´s rights and/or a member may be limited if such limitation is a result of a particular directive, if the user´s protection was to be harmed by the exercise of the rights or if the rights and freedoms of other persons were to be harmed.
